Best lead generation agencies for logistics and supply chain software, 2026

This is a numbered list of eight lead generation agencies a logistics or supply chain software vendor might shortlist in 2026, compared on five criteria taken from each firm's own public pages. Lynn Lead Generation wrote this list and is number 1 on it, so read our entry with that in mind.

§01Read this first

We wrote this and we are on it

Lynn Lead Generation is an outbound agency for logistics, supply chain and procurement software. We put ourselves at number 1 because we wrote the page, not because we measured ourselves against the others. The other seven are in alphabetical order. The numbers are not a ranking.

Everything said about another firm comes from its own public website, read on 1 November 2026, and each entry links to the page used. Where we say a thing is "not stated", we mean we did not find it on the pages we read. It does not mean the firm does not do it. Ask them.

§02Criteria

Five things we compared

  • Niche focus: does the firm's own site show logistics, supply chain or freight technology work?
  • Channels: which of calling, email, LinkedIn and others does it say it runs?
  • Languages: which languages does it name?
  • Price and terms: does it publish a price or contract terms?
  • Guarantee: does it state a results guarantee, or say it does not give one?

We picked firms that a vendor searching for lead generation or appointment setting help would meet, and that we could read enough of on their own sites to describe accurately. Firms we could not verify that way are not here.

§04The list

Eight agencies, and who each suits

1. Lynn Lead Generation

Outbound agency for supply chain, logistics and procurement software vendors. Cold calling and cold email in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, with callers who are fluent speakers. Pricing depends on scope. A demo target is agreed in writing before the start, and if we miss it we keep working at no extra cost. Published results include 80+ demos a month for Alpega, 67 demos for BuyCo and 19 a month for Kpler.

Suits you if

You sell supply chain, logistics or procurement software, want calling and email run together, and need more than one European language.

Less suited if

Your product sits outside that niche. Our own FAQ says our contact data and caller training are deepest in supply chain, logistics and procurement.

2. Belkins

Says it has been running since 2017. Sells omnichannel appointment setting: cold email, cold and intent calling, voicemails, SMS and WhatsApp, LinkedIn and paid advertising. The homepage cites 50+ industries without listing them and does not mention logistics or supply chain. It states that it delivers 100 to 400+ qualified appointments in a year, and calls itself the top-rated B2B lead generation company in the USA.

Suits you if

You want one agency running a wide mix of channels, with a US focus and no need for a logistics specialist.

3. Callbox

Says it was founded in 2004. Offers appointment setting, account-based marketing, event follow-up and SDR outsourcing. Lists North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the UK, Latin America and Southeast Asia, and multilingual support in seven languages: Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Filipino, Portuguese and Spanish. Its homepage shows a logistics and supply chain case study: United States, 12 months, 146 sales appointments.

Suits you if

You need coverage in Asia-Pacific or Southeast Asian languages, or a long-established global provider.

Less suited if

You need German, French or Italian calling: those languages are not in its homepage list.

4. Cleverly

Lists LinkedIn lead generation, cold email, appointment setting, cold calling and outsourced SDRs. The case studies on its homepage cover SaaS, advertising and marketing, software development, coaches and consultants, insurance and financial services. No prices are shown.

Suits you if

You want a LinkedIn-led programme for a SaaS or services business and do not need logistics experience on show.

5. LeadCoverage

Says it helps supply chain, logistics and freight technology companies. Its services are commercial PR, analyst relations, demand generation, revenue operations, HubSpot services, sales training, paid media, SEO and AEO. It has offices in Atlanta and Guildford, UK. Cold calling is not in its service list, so it is not a like-for-like alternative to a calling agency.

Suits you if

You want PR, analyst relations and revenue operations for a logistics technology brand, alongside or instead of outbound.

6. Martal

Lists outbound lead generation, appointment setting, cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation and sales outsourcing. Offers fractional, full-time and enterprise sales team structures, and states 200+ onshore sales executives and 15 years in business. Logistics and supply chain is one of many industries on its list. Pricing is by request.

Suits you if

You want a dedicated or fractional SDR team that works as an extension of your own sales team.

7. SalesHive

Has a dedicated supply chain and logistics page. It reports 19 client accounts and 1,190 meetings booked since 2018, counted by SalesHive from client industry tags, and says these are meetings booked, not attended or closed. Offers cold calling and email with US and Philippines SDR team options, one custom monthly fee, no setup fees, and month-to-month or annual plans. It states that no fixed meeting count is guaranteed.

Suits you if

You sell into the US, want month-to-month terms, and want a stated supply chain track record before the first call.

8. Sopro

A UK company trading as Sopro (Prospect Global Ltd). Describes a fully managed outreach service covering cold email, multi-channel outreach and appointment setting. Its pricing page says pricing starts at around £3K per month, with no minimum contract. The homepage industry list includes staffing and recruiting, SaaS, marketing and advertising, telecoms, financial services and cybersecurity, and does not include logistics. Calling is not listed as a service.

Suits you if

You are UK-based, want email-led outreach, and want to know the starting price before you speak to anyone.

§05Limits

What this list does not tell you

It does not measure results. The figures quoted for other firms are theirs, unverified by us. It does not cover agencies we could not read enough about on their own sites. It does not include pricing for any firm that does not publish it.

Before you sign with anyone, including us, ask for references from your own niche, your own region and your own language, and ask what happens if the target is missed.

§06Proof

§07FAQ

Questions we get asked

Which agency is best for logistics software lead generation?

It depends on your market, language and channel. We wrote this list and are on it, so weigh our view accordingly. Looking at what each firm says on its own site: SalesHive for US-focused calling with month-to-month terms, Sopro for UK email-led outreach with a published starting price, LeadCoverage for PR and analyst relations, and Lynn for phone and email across several European languages for supply chain software.

Why is Lynn listed first?

Because we wrote the list. The other seven are in alphabetical order and the numbers are not a ranking.

How were these agencies chosen?

They are firms a software vendor would meet when looking for lead generation or appointment setting, and whose own websites gave us enough to describe them accurately. We left out firms we could not verify that way.

How much do these agencies cost?

Of the eight, only Sopro states a figure: from around £3K a month with no minimum contract. SalesHive describes a single custom monthly fee. Lynn quotes on scope: markets, languages and outreach volume. The rest do not publish prices on the pages we read.

Do any of them guarantee results?

Lynn agrees a demo target in writing before starting and keeps working at no extra cost if it is missed. SalesHive states that no fixed meeting count is guaranteed. We did not find guarantee terms on the other pages we read.

What should I ask an agency before signing?

For references in your niche, region and language, how a qualified meeting is defined, what you receive with each one, and what happens if the target is missed.
