A qualified appointment is defined before the first call
At onboarding we agree the qualification criteria with you: company size, vertical, geography and job title. Every meeting is checked against them before it lands in your calendar. You receive a brief on each one.
We do not pad numbers with loose-fit meetings. If a prospect does not match the criteria, it does not count. On the Mintec programme the criteria included company size, an active procurement challenge, decision-making authority and timeline, and we held weekly syncs with Mintec's sales team to review meeting quality.
From first call to calendar invite
Target
Lists are built to the agreed ICP. Buyers are picked from job-title text: supply chain, logistics, warehouse, plant and procurement leaders at Manager level and above.
Reach out
Email campaigns go live in week one, calling in week two, in the buyer's language where the market needs it.
Qualify
Every meeting is checked against the agreed criteria. A prospect who does not match does not count.
Hand over
The meeting goes into your calendar with a brief, so your account executive knows who they are meeting.
Review
Weekly reviews of meeting quality, with targeting and scripts adjusted on what converted.
Alpega: from no outbound to 80+ demos a month
Alpega is a European transport management software provider. It had no internal SDR team, no structured outbound process and no way to reach decision-makers in six language markets. Callers were briefed on the platform, the competition and the buyer personas, then live within two weeks.
The programme ran at 200+ dials a day plus targeted email sequences, with weekly performance reviews. By month three it was a consistent 80+ qualified meetings a month. Read the full Alpega case study.
Our public case study in this area is a TMS. We do not publish a WMS case study, so if you sell warehouse management software, ask us on the call what we can and cannot show you.
A target in writing
We agree on a demo target before we start. If we don't hit it, we keep working at no extra cost. The guarantee on our site is 15-30 demos in 90 days: between fifteen and thirty first conversations with decision-makers who fit your ICP.

Questions we get asked
What counts as a qualified appointment?
A meeting that matches the criteria agreed with you at onboarding: company size, vertical, geography and job title. Each one is checked against them before it reaches your calendar. If a prospect does not match, it does not count.
What do we get with each booked meeting?
The meeting in your calendar and a brief on the prospect, so your account executive is prepared.
What happens if you miss the target?
We agree a demo target before we start, in writing. If we do not hit it, we keep working at no extra cost.
Do you set appointments for WMS vendors as well as TMS?
WMS vendors go through the same process as TMS vendors. Our published case study is a TMS, Alpega, and we do not have a public WMS case study. Ask us on the call what we can and cannot show you.
Is the caller a person or an AI?
A person. On the Alpega programme every conversation was handled by a human, with no AI and no automation.
How quickly are we live?
Lists and email campaigns are built in week one, calling is live by week two, and the first qualified meetings typically land by week three.
Which languages can you call in?
English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. See multilingual cold calling in Europe.
